Job responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the sales and support of AMC services business.
- Take proactive steps to ensure that all existing AMC’s are retained & lapsed AMC’s are revived
- Oversee overall support teams financial management, planning, systems and controls. Preparing master schedules for all Service /Support activities including resource schedules, execution methodologies, milestones, cash flow projections / budgets and periodic monitoring.
- Proactive approach to ensure that all existing AMC’s *(both direct and through third party)* in India and overseas are retained/ review of lapsed AMC’s with revival plan and achieving AMC revenue generation targets.
- Responsible for clearance of all payments related to AMC. Continuation & renewal of AMC, strategy formation for AMC renewal and revival plan and visits to key Accounts as per requirements.
- Co-ordination with the procurement team for procurement of the equipment to ensure timely execution of the services.
- Providing offsite and onsite support and remove any bottlenecks for streamlining process with help of personal contacts and relationship management.
- Vigilance on communication with clients and ensuring that procedure/ process is being followed as per the policy.
Salary/Budget: Rs-10-11 LPA
Job Specification:
- Applicant must be willing to travel at the PAN India level.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience is must
- Must be good in maintaining good client’s relationships
- Must have strong leadership skills
