We are Hiring a Infra Project Manager, for MK INFRA SOLUTION a unit of MK GROUP OF COMPANY for SWSM Project in UPE.
Desired Skills:
Candidates should have Resources Management & Project work Execution experience specifically Civil & Mechanical Contractor/Sub-Contractor Assessments & On-Boarding for Water Supply Project on EPC Work basis.
Work Experience: Total 5 yrs in Similar role & Minimum 1 yrs of Experience in any Water Supply Project such as RWS&S, JJM, SWSM, or any other Water supply Supply Project.
Work Scope:
Civil/Mechanical Construction, Drilling, Erection & Commissioning of Tube-well, ESR Overhead Water Storage tank Capacity up to 950 KL, Boundary walls, Pump house & MCC Construction etc. Earth Excavation for HDPE Pipe Open Laying, HDD Laying, Jointing & Commissioning. Splitter Valve Chambers Construction, Commissioning, FHTC & Hydro Test.
Qualification: DIP/B.Tech Civil or Mechanical.
Experience: Min. 2 yrs in Water Supply Projects or Similar civil/Electro-Mechanical Infrastructure Projects.
Job Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh
Project Site Location: Varanasi, Chandauli, Ghazipur, Jaunpur, Aligarh & Bareilly.
Job Responsibilities: Assessments, On-Boarding & Vendor Management of Electro-Mechanical & Civil Infrastructure Vendor/Contractor & Sub Contracting Companies & Recourses outsourcing for EPC Work Execution, Employee Management, Labour Compliance, Health & Safety, RFI, Work Order, SOR/BOQ, Billing & Invoicing follow up with TPI, Bill Payment & Other Material Related Issues.
