Refund Policy Details

We issue refund to the valid subscribers on receipt of Valid Refund Request by Paid Subscriber as per below terms.

• Response on your job should be less than our minimum guaranteed response mentioned on the plan while purchasing it.
• Subscriber should have the receipt or proof of purchase as well
• Claim should be made within 15 days from the date of purchase of the plan
• Any payments & Transaction made Through any Placement Agencies/ Consultancies will not be refunded & eligible for refund by mkgroupjobs.com under any Circumstances.

Refund Process

Once we receive the Refund Request from Valid Authorized Paid Subscriber, we will immediately notify you through Email & by our help Desk on the status of your refund after checking the response provided. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment only. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business/working days.
