We are pleasure in placing with you a Revised Job order for Recruitment/supply of manpower for our direct Client GENSO ACTIV CONSTRUCT SRL of Europe Romania on following terms and conditions, and the job categories listed below.

Employment Terms and conditions:

• Period of contract will be two (2) Renewable with mutual agreement
• The Employee will be entitled to standard food provided by the employer (30 -80 ron / worked day)
• Accommodation: suitable accommodation to be provided free of charge by the employer.
• The Employee will not be entitled to return air ticket after completion of contract period.
• Working hours per day will be not exceeding eight (8) hours with one day-off per week.
• For the miners the working ours are only 6 ours/ day, 5 days per week.
• Overtime shall be paid for off duty hours and off duty
• Over time rate per hour according to the Romanian law.
• Medical : first aid, except glasses and dentist, will be provided free of charge by the employer, in case of accident in the work site, necessary treatment will be provided by the employer according to the Romanian law.
• Insurance coverage: provided by the employer as per social insurance law
• Taxes: all local taxes will be paid by the employer
• Other costs: In case of death, the deceased body will be sent to Bangladesh by the employer.
• Holiday: 1 day / week.
• Annual Leave: 21 working days paid per year

 WORK PERMIT/VISA MEDICAL & FLIGHT PROCESS FEES & TAXES

1. The Total Cost of Process Document Attestation, Medical & Flight will be covered by Employee & after joining can apply to get reimbursed.
2. The Minimum processing time for Work Permit/Visa will be 60 work days.
