Job Overview
Experience: 7 – 15 years in consumer electronics and home appliances.
Salary Range: 6 LPA to 18 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet goals in the assigned area.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities, partnerships, and distributor networks.
- Onboard new dealers and distributors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Analyze sales data and market trends for growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
- Manage area budget and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competition.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in branch management, with a strong background in consumer electronics and home appliances.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and operational targets. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
• Knowledge of the LED TV, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, and Washing Machine industry.
• Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for branch performance.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
