Designation: Education Counselor (IT).
No of Positions: 2
Experience Required: 6 Months to 2 years
Monthly Salary Range: 25k-30k plus Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Educational Guidance: Advise prospective students on IT courses such as Networking, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity.
Sales and Enrollment: Communicate course benefits and guide students through the enrollment process.
Student Support: Assist enrolled students with queries and provide academic advisement.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with students, ensuring excellent customer service.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed enrollment and revenue targets.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to enhance counseling and sales strategies.
Administration: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and report on activities and progress.
Collaboration: Work with the marketing team on effective campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales and customer service experience (a plus).
Knowledge or interest in IT topics.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
