Hiring for Health Care Process(Dr. Lal Path Lab) on Altruist Tech. Pay-Roll
Role Requirements: Customer Relationship officers/Business Associates for one of the client(Dr. Lal Path Lab) New Opportunity- Customer Service(Inbound Process)
Open to Graduates and Undergraduates preferably worked with Health care or BSc degree/science background
Hiring for Permanent role and Contractual for 3 month contract – extension on basis of performance during Training.
Languages – Proficient in English and Hindi ( English equivalent to versant Level 5 and above).
Shift Window: 6 day working process, 7AM-10PM, 9 hour shift with rotational off
Male WFO : 7am-10pm work schedule across multiple shifts with rotational or split, weekly off (as per process roster)
Female WFO: 7am – 8pm window work schedule across multiple shifts with rotational or split, weekly off (as per process roster)
Salary:
- Associates –– 15K (Fresher)
- Associates –– 16.5K ( Experience)
(Depending on the candidate, else deduction liked ESI etc. would happened)
Bonus-500 Monthly (Basis Performance)
Approx. 17 day Training – during Training Fixed amount 300/- per working day (excluding holidays and week offs) payable upon successful certification and addition 250 on successful of training
