Role Overview

The Team Leader – HR Recruiter will oversee recruitment operations across MK Group’s diverse business units. This role requires strong leadership, strategic hiring expertise, and the ability to manage a team of recruiters while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of HR recruiters, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple industries (aviation, IT, infra, education, healthcare, etc.).
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with business unit heads to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, retention rates) and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring practices.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance MK Group’s visibility in the talent market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media hiring strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
