Role Overview
The Team Leader – HR Recruiter will oversee recruitment operations across MK Group’s diverse business units. This role requires strong leadership, strategic hiring expertise, and the ability to manage a team of recruiters while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of HR recruiters, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple industries (aviation, IT, infra, education, healthcare, etc.).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with business unit heads to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, retention rates) and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring practices.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance MK Group’s visibility in the talent market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media hiring strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
