Position : Sales Marketing Engineer.
Job Responsibilities :
Sales : Identify and pursue sales opportunities and understanding customer needs, proposing technical solutions, and effectively communicating the value proposition of products or services.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including key decision-makers, engineers, and technical staff. Foster long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote technical products and services, including organizing product demonstrations, participating in trade shows and industry events, and creating marketing collateral.
Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services, as well as a solid understanding of the relevant technical concepts and industry trends. Stay up to date with advancements in the field and effectively communicate technical information to customers.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations. Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle to ensure customer needs are met.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, understand market trends, and refine sales and marketing strategies.
Customer Feedback: Act as a liaison between customers and the company, gathering feedback on product performance, quality, and features. Provide input to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and present findings to management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications Of Sales Marketing Engineer:
Technical Knowledge: Strong technical background in the relevant industry, with a solid understanding of engineering principles and technical products or services.
Relationship Building: Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with customers. Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze market trends, customer requirements, and sales data to make informed business decisions. Strong problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and provide effective
Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles and the ability to align sales and marketing strategies with company goals. Awareness of market dynamics, competition, and industry trends.
Organization and Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering departments.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs. Openness to learning and acquiring new technical knowledge and skills.
