Monthly Salary Budget: 35-50,000

Skill & Qualifications Required:
* Calendar Management:
* Effectively manage the Principal’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Principal’s schedule is optimized and well-organized.
* Communication and Correspondence:
* Handle all incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the Principal, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
* Prioritize and respond to urgent matters promptly, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
* Information Management:
* Organize and maintain all relevant documents, files, and records related to the Principal’s activities.
* Ensure easy access to information and facilitate data retrieval for reference or decision-making.
* Liaison and Coordination:
* Act as a point of contact between the Principal and staff, parents, students, and external partners.
* Coordinate with different departments to gather and provide information as required by the Principal.
* Meeting Support:
* Prepare agendas, minutes, and necessary materials for meetings attended by the Principal.
* Follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure effective meeting outcomes.
* Travel Arrangements:
* Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for the Principal’s official trips or events.
* Provide necessary travel-related information and support to ensure smooth travel experiences.
* Event Planning and Management:
* Assist in planning and organizing school events, functions, and special occasions.
* Coordinate event logistics, invitations, and guest arrangements in collaboration with relevant teams.
* Confidentiality and Data Security:
* Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and handle data with utmost security.
* Adhere to data protection policies and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
* Task Prioritization and Time Management:
* Help the Principal prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, ensuring efficient time management.
* Assist in setting reminders and deadlines to meet key objectives and deadlines.
* Crisis Management and Decision Support:
* Provide support during emergencies or critical situations, assisting the Principal in making informed decisions.
* Gather necessary information for decision-making and handle crisis communication effectively.
* Reports and Presentations:
* Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for the Principal as required for meetings or presentations.
* Ensure accuracy, clarity, and visual appeal in all documentation.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
* Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders and represent the Principal professionally.
* Support the Principal in maintaining open lines of communication with the school community.
* Continuous Improvement:
* Stay updated on best practices in executive support and seek opportunities for self-improvement.
* Propose ideas and initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Principal’s office.
* School Culture and Values:

* Special Projects and Initiatives:
