MK GROUP JOBS and PLACEMENT a unit of MK GROUP OF COMPANY Hiring a qualified and experienced Pre-Applied Coating Unit Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our pre-coating operations. You will be responsible for leading a team of operators, ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure optimal functioning.
- Manage the inventory of raw materials, coatings, and other supplies to avoid production delays.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
- Keep accurate records of safety incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate records of production outputs, quality checks, equipment maintenance,and employee training.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Engineering Degree/Diploma with 2-3 years of experience.
- Must have knowledge of Q.M.S.
Remuneration:
25000-33000/- Rs Monthly
