Location: – Pune (Viman Nagar)
Terms: -Full Time
Shift Time: -10.00am to 7.00 pm
Week Off: -Sunday
Batch Count: -10
Batch Date: – 10th Of every Month
Work Experience: Minimum 1 Yrs in Tele Sales
Salary upto Rs-3LPA fresher
Salary up to Rs-4LPA for Experience
Training Period: -10 days (Candidates will be onboarded post-certification)
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBLITIES
We are looking for an enthusiastic “Financial Advisor” who can counsel the potential investors over the phone and will be able to generate the sales for the organization by selling the different type of advisory services. The candidate shall take up the below mentioned roles and responsibilities –
• Dialing 100-150 calls giving 3-5 hours talk time.
• Selling an equity-based product on call from scratch to end.
• The candidate will be responsible to do counseling of interested customers and to suggest best Investment plans as per his/her financial requirements.
• The candidate will be responsible to convert the interested customers into clients through doing proactively follow-ups and counseling.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Communication: – An effective counselor must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. As a counselor, the candidate should be an outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach.
• Language: English and Hindi compulsory. Preferred – Tamil, Telugu, Tulu, Malayalam or Bengali
• Experience: -Minimum 1- year BPO Sales (outbound calling-target based) experience
• Qualification: – Graduation
• Department: – Sales
• Age: -Up to 35 years
• Location boundaries: Preferred candidates staying within 10kms from our location
• Candidates should possess strong selling skills.
• Good sales ability and excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Basic mathematical calculation ability.
