Job Location: Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Jaipur, Ranchi, Patna, Nagpur.
Experience: Minimum 1 yrs in B2B Sales (Candidates from the Healthcare/Hospital background would be an added advantage)
Education : Any Graduate & Post Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing will be Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region
- Traveling to visit potential clients
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions
- Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
- Collect and document competitive intelligence
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer
- Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customers or clients
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Able to work under timeline constraints, and work well in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Willingness to travel
Salary Criteria: 22,000-40,000/- In hand (Depends on the experience and skill set).
