1) CNC alarm decoding and correction, Expertise in Trouble shooting in electronics and mechanical problem of CNC, Expertise in Fanuc and siemens control system, Knowledge of hydraulics & pneumatic system
2 ) TPM knowledge – Planned Maintenance knowledge
3) Shift handling independently, analysis of breakdown
4) Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Knowledge of SAP
5) Repair and maintenance cost reduction ideas generation and implementation
6) Other Requirement :Knowledge of IATF documentation, PPT presentation skills, MS word and MS Excel, Problem solving attitude
Good communication skills
