Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist, located in Noida. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service, managing real estate transactions, supporting property development initiatives, and assisting in property sales. Responsibilities will include maintaining client relationships, conducting property market analysis, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with teams to meet company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and 1-5 Years of experience in Real Estate, Real Estate Development, and Real Property.
- Proven abilities in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in market research and understanding of real estate legal and financial aspects
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in real estate operations and deal negotiations is advantageous
- Candidate should have own Candidate with own conveyance will be preferred.
- Candidates should be capable for selling high rise residential properties
Salary:
- Monthly Rs-25 to 55 Depends up on Previous Salary, Experience & Skills.
