MK GROUP JOBS & PLACEMENT a unit of MK GROUP OF COMPANY  Bulk hiring for below Position for our Direct Client of Largest Optical Fiber Network Project.

Position : NOC/ORT Engineer and FTTH Engineer.

Job Location – Gurugram, Pan India (North) and Delhi NCR.

Monthly Salary Rs- 35k

Male & Female both can apply

Educational Qualification – BE /B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc/Diploma in Engineering.

Experience – Min. 1 year of relevant work experience Knowledge of IT Networking/ Broadband/FTTH/ISP etc.

Note: Fresher BE /B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc/Diploma Candidate can also Apply Through Paid Telecom Network Engineer’s Sourcing Training & Placement Program.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer complaint Online Resolution and Field team support for open SR’s Reduction.
 Basic remote troubleshooting, coordination with Customer fault SLA improvement.
 Show technical competency during Technical Escalation Management, Customer fault MTTR Improvement.
 Customer fault Minimization-GFR reduction
 Customer fault analysis and improvement plan implementation
 Team productivity and skill enhancement.
 Network fault Identification thru customer complaints and inform internal teams.
