Profile/Role: General Manager Accounts
Qualification: Min. Graduate from Commerce stream (B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CMA, CA Inter, CA, etc.)
Experience: 4+ Years in Similar Profile(Candidates from Manufacturing Industry will be preferred)
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Salary up to Rs– 6LPA
Job Location: Noida Sector-65
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Job Description/Summary Roles & Responsibilities:
- Book keeping in Software such as ERP, SAP, EXCEL SHEET, Quickbooks, as per invoices, payroll records received. (Bookkeeping). Preparing management accounts and working papers.
- Year end accounts preparation IT Return after ledger scrutiny, preparing GST, TDS reconciliations, PAYE, Prepaid, Loan repayment schedule and Accruals.
- Planning and execution of jobs within the timelines and efficiently near the budgeted hours defined for respective job.
- Make sure jobs correctly processed and Review time of Technical Skills Required Knowledge of ERP, SAP, Sage, Iris, Quickbooks etc.
- Knowledge of VAT, GST, TDS, CIS, PAYE and excellent in accounts ledger scrutiny.
Skills Required: Person having good Account Management Skills, Professional communication skills in Hindi & English. Should be self-motivated & Confident.
