Job Descriptions:
IT Operation specialist should be able to manage IT operation which includes System, Network and Application
Responsibility:
Administrating, configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switches ports and vlans, and upgrading the switches version.
Managing, maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Active Directory users and computers, and Group Policies management
Managing, maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Recipients, monitoring and maintaining the MS Exchange databases
Administrating and configuring Cisco Call Manager IP telephony, users’ profiles and telephone extensions. And maintaining the Call manager scheduled backup as well as issue call manager CDR (Call Detailed Records) reports
Administrating, maintaining, troubleshooting and configuring Print servers.
Administrating Aruba wireless network access of laptops, smart phones and tablets, and supporting Aruba Clear Pass NAC (Network Access Control) for both wireless and wired users
Administrating and troubleshooting Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) software, updates and Operating systems deployment
Managing and maintaining Microsoft Office 365 architecture and administrating O365 accounts
Administrating Microsoft SCOM (System Center Operation Manager) dashboards and reports
Complete IT related projects as assigned (e.g., office moves, Windows deployment, laptops migration, Software installation, etc.)
Knowledge in backup solutions and ability to do basic administration tasks such as, backup tapes replacement
Maintaining and updating assets records and IT inventory.
